We can often help
For many of the furniture ranges we sell, we’re able to request replacement instruction booklets or small component parts from the manufacturer.
That could include things like:
- Assembly instructions
- Fixing packs
- Screws and bolts
- Dowels
- Brackets
- Feet or glides
- Other small replacement components
While we can’t guarantee every part will still be available—particularly for older furniture—we’re always happy to make enquiries on your behalf.
What we’ll need from you
To help us find the correct instructions or replacement parts, it’s useful if you can provide as much information as possible.
This might include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The furniture range or product name
- A photo of the item
- A description or photo of the missing part
The more information you can provide, the easier it is for us to identify exactly what you need.
Please don’t buy random replacement parts
If you’ve ever searched online for furniture fittings, you’ll know there are thousands available.
Although many look similar, even a small difference in length, thread size or fitting type can stop your furniture from assembling correctly.
It’s always worth checking with us first. If we can source the correct replacement, you’ll know it’s designed for your furniture.
