Much of our furniture is delivered straight from our supplier to your doorstep, or chosen address with Free delivery*.
We will keep you informed of the progress of your order via telephone, email or text.

Delivery problems
We have every reason to believe that your goods will arrive in good time and condition – if however there are problems please note:
- You can refuse a delivery if the packages are clearly in poor condition – then let us know;
- Take delivery and let us know as quickly as possible – with photographs of the damage.

Larger or weightier items which are uneconomical for us to courier:- You may collect them from Store
- You can arrange for your own courier to collect them from store; or
