In case you missed it we recently wrote to our customers and supporters to say thank you for supporting us through these past few months. All of your purchases from the website support the amazing work of the Ashgate Hospicecare teams who have been working tremendously hard throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Availability & Delivery
Availability of product has been difficult meaning that we have customers who have waited many weeks for items they purchased – we are incredibly grateful to those who were able to stick with us and wait for their orders to be shipped.
We have also had difficult times with couriers and deliveries. As companies, and our own in-house team, adapted to new ways of working, building social distancing and sanitising into their practices things were slow – again the patience and understanding of customers has been wonderful.
Things are becoming easier, and speeding up a little but we are still experiencing delays.
Ex-display Sale
We have continued to add new, available lines to the Furniture Co website and have recently added a range of Ex-display Sale items – have a browse (though please note, these can only be delivered locally).
Finally, it’s worth mentioning for those of you who are local – our store is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm.
