Ashgate Hospice is an independent charity providing free care and support to patients and families across North Derbyshire—both at the hospice and in the community. Anyone with a life-limiting illness can access our specialist services through a referral, usually from their GP.

We provide all our services completely free of charge, thanks to the generosity of our community. Most of our funding comes from donations, legacies, and the income raised through our 16 shops and three coffee shops. Every contribution makes a real difference.
