At Ashgate Furniture Co, we absolutely love giving you a weekly read all about the latest trends and ideas from the interiors world. We do this to inspire you to get stuck in with your DIY projects you’ve had on hold for goodness knows how many years, or to get you to start thinking about transforming your house into the home you’ve always dreamed of.
But today, we’re taking a break from this. We’re bringing it back to basics, and returning to the core of what we do and why.
It’s just been our first birthday, to celebrate one year being online and in store and in that time, we’ve shipped not just locally, but to all over the country; London to Ireland, Scotland to Dorset. Everywhere. We’ve been able to gain a reputation in our field to provide you with your favourite pieces at the prices you like, while raising money for the care we provide at Ashgate Hospicecare.
And how much does that cost? Well, we’ve created a few little snapshots to give you an idea of how far your purchases can go, and the sorts of things they go to fund.
A Hospice at Home Visit for 2 Hours – £49
Our hospice provides an at-home care service that helps us provide support and care for patients in the comfort of their own home. This is a great service for use, as with limited beds in the Hospice, it helps us to reach a wider range of patients that need our help.
Delivery & Installation of Equipment in the Home – £38
In order for our nurses to help patients within their homes or in the community, equipment needs to be taken, and installed.
A Bereavement Pack for Children – £25
Unfortunately, life-limiting illness can effect everyone. Ashgate Hospicecare doesn’t just look after the patient in need, but also their families. £25 bereavement pack for a child who has just lost their parent or grandparent can really make a difference in their life; making sure they’ve got the support and answers they are looking for.
1 Lymphoedema Treatment Session – £67
